Enjoy this tastefully decorated, comfortable, gulf access home in NW Cape Coral.  Professionally remodeled inside and out in 2010, this almost new home is well appointed with new furnishings and fixtures and features the homeowner’s nature photography.

The master bedroom has a king size bed with a private bath along with a generous walk in closet. The guest bedrooms share a bath and consist of one queen bed and two twin beds.  Three large glass doors separate the dining/kitchen area and the screened lanai providing views of the canal throughout most of the home.

Rent a boat or bring your own and dock it right outside the back door!  If kayaking is more your style we have a tandem kayak available for your use free of charge (see the kayaking page on our website aquabella.us).   This home is conveniently located only minutes away from the Gulf.  The spacious 740 square foot dock (built in 2011) is a great place to go fishing, launch the kayak, or relax and enjoy the evening sunsets.
